At Accent Original Bridal Boutique, we post orders out daily and all items are sent to you by Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery. Please ensure you allow additional time for bespoke items to ensure you receive them in time for your special day.

Any bespoke items made to order and all earrings are non-returnable, unless they have a fault.
All return fees are payable by the customer.
We will process refunds as quickly as we can and most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item once we have received the return of the faulty item.
